반죽을 무엇으로 만드는 것일까요? 먹어 보지 못해서 궁금하네요.
바로 먹지 않고 포장해 가면 금방 눅눅해 지지 않을까요?

Someone once said that potato chips is an art of selling 1 potato by the price of a bag of potatoes. This is an art form that surpasses chips, because it's a half of a potato.

I wish there were food stalls like this with skilled and passionate cooks close by. Sadly everything like that in Cali is food trucks and everyone trying to sell a service opposed to people just showing up for good food.

It tastes awesome with the batter. In Thailand you chooses from different spices like sour cream onion, paprika, BBQ, smoked chili, salt etc. I always had these when living in Thailand and I had cravings for potatoes. They cost less than a dollar and I always had 2 of them. Sour cream onion is my personal favourite. The batter makes them super crispy.
