I have been planning this video for 2 years now almost.
I took all the drone shots of Aimc in about a year (basically I purchased the drone to make Aimc reach everyone out there). It took me 7 days to take KE drone shots.
From the script to narration, from editing to making the ending possible, from spreading peace to guiding juniors, it was one amzaing experience & I did it all. It was my idea. It was my project. It was my video.

Both institutions are great 🔥 But i think points like "How's your life there" and "How much facilitated are you" are more important to consider than "How historical & old is your institution" 🙂

Note to my juniors who want to prefer aimc and are getting confused with these points of kemu:
I practically preferred aimc over kemu while having the merit of kemu. I probbed for three months to find the answer. I wanted to be a great doctor, so I had to choose the best place so I searched a lot to get the answer to the question Aimc or KE? My search has some answers to these nearly hollow points from the side of kemu.
1- kEmu is separate university but is at number 6 as is ranked by hec, while UHS is being ranked 6 in consecutive three rankings by hec. Being separate doesn't make it any good. {FJ is also a separate uni, would kemcolians accept it's prestige equal to KE}
2- Being old and historical also doesn't matter. Aimc took only 40 years to get in competition with kemu, some students have started preferring it (include me) so it shows trend is shifting. just need a decade to get to number one. Being old also doesn't matter as we know, aku , constructed in 1984, gets to number one position and US UK respect it more. World wants to see your work not your age..
3- KEmu has more alumni, agreed, cuz it's old. Has been producing graduates from ong time. more students clear usmle from KEMU. yes. agreed. but it's the effort of students as they are high merits from punjab. what help kemu is providing to such students?
{DR umer sadaat, Hunterian professor was selected hunterian because of his research, if he had preferred aimc, he would do something bigger cuz aimc/uhs gives more opportunity to students. aimc can make better researchers. {Iqbalian Scientific Conference is just a diamond society for students}
4- Not much sure about the other hospitals. But Mayo Hospital, Is ,yes the largest but not the best hospital of punjab :) Marham ((the app which provides online consultation and booking appointment facility to people in Pakistan)) puts Jinnah on a higher rank ;)

I would prefer AIMC. It's my dream college. Zindagi ka maqsad sirf pessa kamana nahi hona chahiye ap ko life bi enjoy karni chahey aur mera khiyal se AIMC best hae jo apko muqa deta hey ke ap life enjoy karain. Rizq jo Allah ne likha hey wo apko mil kar hi rehna hey.
I did mbbs from aimc in 80s and feel proud that most of my honourable teachers were from KE like prof Iftikhar prof Ejaz Ahsan prof Mahmood Ali malik prof Mumtaz hassan prof saeed Khokhar and so many others. Most brilliant team of top professors from KE worked hard with love and passion to build up AIMC which is at present next to KE meritwise. Thanks to KE very much for its role In making of AIMC.
Both are serving Nation
Both are serving Humanity
Iqbalians Love AIMC
Kemcolians Love KE
Every one thinks k KE me extracurricular activities nhin hn...its not true .KE has every society and infact most of the events in KE are far much better, cooler and well organized with lesser politics than AIMC events. my siblings are in AIMC and they too admit this point ....😂🔥
All the points mentioned by KMEU representer is study based...
One should consider his health & happiness as is mentioned by AIMC representer that MBBS is a tough degree so one should consider this point....
From my point of view it should be one's priority....
& No doubt AIMC provides far better extra & co_curricular facilities 💯
The infrastructure of AIMC, it's beauty, location, & most importantly Shaheen Mall... You can't beat that... ❤️
The points brought forward by KE Representative were mostly related to history....
But AIMC is the Medical institute of present age... 🌺

P.S : I would like to add an important point for my juniors to make an unbiased judgement for themselves.
The most important point is what ur own personality is! If u r someone who has a dream of becoming a doctor since ur childhood and ur only aim is to study hard and be on top from begining then go for KEMU because it gives u a pure atmosphere for only study . Their module system is very different from UHS and yes its more difficult to pass so u have to work much more harder but it pays off in the end.
But if u have a relaxed personality and u want to explore your other passions along with studying then ur choice should be AIMC because its just not a simple medical college it gives u room to cater to ur artist side as well much more than any other medical college.
As far as studies are concerned yes AIMC has a more relaxed and layed back system and if u want to thrive professionally u will have to work harder by yourself the atmosphere is not so competative😊
Being a student who preferred AIMC over KEMU while having the merit, I really agree with what you said! It really depends on your temperament and on what you want with your college years...If you want strict disciplined study for high aims,then it's K.E....But If you wanna take co-curriculers side by side, prefer AIMC...

I’m currently in fsc 2nd yr just getting about info about unis here and there, my first opt is AMC but AIMC is my sec opt, got much info on AMC but don’t know anything about AIMC, can you pls brief and a lil bit about how to get admission here or scholarships available or anything? Got 96% (federal board) in matric and part 1 exams got cancelled, i’ll be really thankful :)

The last year most of the usmle passed students were from Aimc ❤not KE
Degrading others medical colleges and upgrading your college isn't the justification of any medical college.....

My dream medical college❤
i think AIMC is better as its a modern institute and above all private and public medical colleges are now pushing for foreign affliated degrees as our country's economic and institutional infrastructure worsens. Secondly, more students are applying for USMLE or for other exams to apply for colleges abroad and this is actually nulifies any distiction amongst medical universities and colleges in Pakistan who vouch for heritage as first world countries mostly prefer modern advancements in medical fields which sadly isnt the experise of antiqued and predated university. Thirdly, mbbs itself isnt worth much in Pakistan anymore so it is a more sensible approach to seek foreign avenues for your medical studies.
Moreover as mentioned by KMEU representer that KE produced & is producing better Doc ....
So I wanna add its depend upon u & only u how much u r passionate in studies...

Me, an A lol(levels) can't even think of getting into KEMC. Finna aim for AKU
2 students from A levels made merit for KEMU and opted for AIMC this year. You can see the list for yourself on the UHS website. A-level students can make it to KEMU too! You just have to get a few extra marks in MDCAT to make up for the marks lost in your equivalency. A* was equivalent to 93.3 this year.

Theae both may be be the best colleges in punjab but I am student of khyber medical college. So it is my right to write something on its standard. It is ranked 4th in Pakistan according to hec. Bundle of students achieve distinctive positions in KMU every year. It also has many active societies like KMC bloodwing,DRAMATIC Club, sports societies etc. So for me that one is the best and also alot of students selected in usmle from kp are KMCITES.
