I’ve practiced this right wrist back, and the strike is crisp, and effortless. If you’re someone who is used to throwing the hands, and straightening the arms at the ball, and have square shoulders, and hips at impact, then you’ll likely top the ball, or even miss it at first. You’ll need to add more right side bend, and rotation through impact. Once you get that down, you’ll be AMAZED! It’s truly a game changer.
Of the hundreds ( if not thousands) of golf RUclips videos I have watched, this may just be the most beneficial I’ve ever seen. Took a few swings , but oh my goodness when the first crisp shot came off my club, I couldn’t believe it. I didn’t want to stop hitting on the range. It’s amazing, and the distance I gained made it easier to slow down and swing smoother and still maintain a more controlled swing! Thanks Eric, you the man!
I just came from the range. I had to stop cause i pulled my left bicep as i was focusing on turning (Flipping) the club during the follow through. Now i cant even throw a Frisbee with my left arm without any pain. Imp obviously doing it wrong . Can't wait to get back at it though :-).
Eric, please advise if early release is just due to mental thought / task of "hitting the ball". Instead, if the thought / mental task is to "take a divot ahead of ball (like carrying away sand in a bunker shot)" automatically getting leading edge of clubhead to take a divot results in later release. Is that correct?
Yes....IF......that leads to the correct motions (confirm with video) The "idea" or "concept" is correct.....will that guarantee you do it when there is a ball there? Dont know....you have to test and see
Thank you! As of now those videos will be reserved for this special but send us a message to service@cogornogolf.com in a few weeks and I'll talk with the team and see what they can do!
Hello Eric....just wondering if you have a video that shows the correct angle of the backswing? I am constantly struggling with adjusting my swing angle either being too flat or too steep and I need something that shows me how I know what the best angle is....thanks!
Hey Tracy! I'd start with these two videos: ruclips.net/video/p-tmmcYzHlU/видео.html ruclips.net/video/kBjAHN9nu2A/видео.html Hope these help and let us know if you have any questions!
I ordered the Precision Impact Right Wrist Trainer a couple of days ago BEFORE I saw this video. I sure would like to have access to your 5 video training lessons. Any way I could access ?
Eric, love your videos. My problem with the right wrist bent back is my right wrist is fused in a straight line from a motorcycle accident. There is no bend whatsoever. Is there a fix for this problem?
Hey William! Unfortunately Im not sure I have an easy solution for you there. I would find someone to work with in person to see if you can find a work around. Trail wrist bent back is a tough one to work around
Eric, not sure if you have the time to respond. I'm confused about one of your lessons. On the takeaway at hip height(looking from the vantage point of standing looking at the right side of player, if right handed), you have your hands inside of the club head, but on the downswing you have the club head inside the hands. Am I missing something?
Hey! The goal is to get the club head roughly even with your hands in the takeaway (a touch inside or outside is OK) On the way down (when the shaft is last parallel) it should be JUST INSIDE your hands
Eric, will you be offering the 5 video series again when precision impact releases a left handed version? I want to order and definitely want access to the program but currently it’s not an option for me sadly.
Hey Jeremy, Hopefully the LH version becomes available soon! We will definitely keep you all posted on if the series becomes available again after the LH version is out :) Thank you for being here with us!
Hey Craig! I'm not sure on the shipping but the code should definitely work. If you reach out the Mike at precision Impact directly Im sure they will be happy to answer any shipping questions! Here is their contact info (email at bottom) : pureswingproducts.com
Love your videos. I do the opposite and hit irons well. However, I struggle to get good launch with driver because I’m de-lofting through impact while hitting up from inside. Do you have any tips to working on releasing the driver earlier?
Thank you, Scott! Getting the driver swinging UP on the ball while simultaneously de-lofting it on the way through is the key to high launch, low spin tee shots = MORE distance. I wouldn't look to eliminate that! :) Here are a few videos you may enjoy checking out: ruclips.net/video/TJtx-qVSgVU/видео.html ruclips.net/video/s-zBzE1Xz7M/видео.html ruclips.net/video/vj3py9jZ6q8/видео.html Hope these are helpful! @@CogornoGolf early extension is a huge problem of mine. I'm worried about the follow through though. Seems like the trainer could hurt maybe. But ill cross that bridge when I come to it. I've got to get impact position straightened out.

That is almost like looping the club head which is something Jim Furyk used to do.
