    Is this a rescue animal farm

      He might have been. The farmer who brought him often get cows that are considered in need, gets them healthy and then sells them at a higher price

      @LowSkillFarmer I hope he's not selling them for higher price for slaughter!!!!!...... lowskillfarmer you don't slaughter your animals do you??

      @@katelynsillysquirrel3223 After you sell them, you have no say what happens to the cow. Every cow you seen in these videos are Beef cows, so all get slaughter for meat. In season 2, you'll see a few Dairy cows, but they are not being used for Dairy. If they were, they would not be allowed to free range with other Beef cows, so probably also will be used for meat. In Canada, there are many rules over milk, so using Dairy cows for milk means heavy regulation, more so than beef has. I haven't slaughter any cows because we don't own any. But the 6-7 male ducklings have been slaughter and used for meat. The healthy ratio for male to female ducks is 1:4, and we had too many males. If we had 1:1, there would be a lot of fighting and conflict, until males were starved to death or pushed out of the barn, to be eaten by coyotes. Right now have 3:12 ducks, and that is "peak" ratio, could get away with 2:12 or 1:12, or even no males but we like their personalities so did not butcher all of them
