Magnetic tiles are something I really thought about for Christmas this year...but I decided we'll probably get that for his birthday a few months down the road, I feel like they are a little advanced for his current age. The "dress up" doll with magnetic clothes is really fun, and of course, Play-doh is a classic! I haven't done any structured Play-doh activities yet...we're still working on resisting the temptation to eat it. lol!
I just bought my kids another set as a joint gift...We have 1 Ikea bin full of them now and still don't have enough lol. We buy Picasso Tiles...they are GREAT and less expensive!
Also look into Alex Discover's Button Art. Great for fine motor skills and color matching. Brought for my 3yr and she loves it. It's on Amazon. Not to mention it's great to keep her busy while I focus on my 3rd grader.
I need to see some older vids so I could help my daughter with sitting up on her own and creeping around, would love to see how you helped her with that
Thank you so much 😊 for sharing. My daughter lives 2000 miles away. She is a single mom with no family support. Lately I can hear her frustration she had my granddaughter in her early 20’s Any tips on how she can juggle or spend more time with my granddaughter. She works in a very stressful environment plus caring for a Down syndrome 5 year old requires quality time to focus in her wellbeing development.
I got my 3 year old the poke a dot books and he loves them! Any tips on helping a child with fine motor skills? My 3 year old is almost 4, but very behind in his fine motor skills.
Ohhh I don't know much about California and scholarships for homeschoolers. The scholarship is only available in Florida. Sorry...😞 Maybe there is something but I don't know about it.
How cool that you got a scholarship to help with her preschool stuff! Love what you got! We use playdoh a lot too!
Our piano teacher even uses playdoh for developing the muscles in the hand. It’s so versatile!
