Great vid, thinking of playing her. Been playing SFV for like 6 days and i have my eyes set up on her and Zangief. My only concern about her is learning to hold the punch button for her charge shot while doing combos.

This was fun to watch. Falke seemed like a character that would be interesting to use. Unfortunately, she didn't seem all that...flesh out (if that's the right term). As someone who's getting back into SFV after a lengthy absence, I might just have to look more into using her. However, finding time to use her when one of my regular characters also got more fleshed out (Alex) might be difficult. XD

I haven't quite watched the entire video yet since it's getting a tad late at night however, this is really helpful, will 100% be watching more of your videos.
(P.S. Do you have any pointers for charging Falke's shots?)

It's actually hard to explain how I go about charging shots with Falke (or at least the mindset behind it as I'm still learning).
If you look up a guy called Phosphorescence King he might have a video on it

You don’t really need a counterhit to combo into df.HK from a jump in. A super late connect j.HK can combo into df.HK (and by late connect I mean 1 or 2 frames before hitting the ground)

Sweet, didn't know that. I'll keep that in mind!
It's just easier to connect Dwn/Fwd+HK from a counterhit jump-in imo

      What does df mean again

    • @HDJammerz
      @HDJammerz  6 лет назад

DF means (Down Forward). I type it as Dwn/Fwd though lol

Loving this new route combos. I hope this improve her game play as she used to suffer from damage. Still it’s hard to get in with her walk speed. Can’t wait to see her VT combos and set ups.

Falke is just too slow. That's just her problem

No need to do the combo twice. You can rewind RUclips vids.

Yeah I know (force of habit when I edit).
People in the past have said in my videos that they things went 'too fast' and they're not bothered to rewind/playback. They want to watch the video in one cut lol (hence why I do combos twice over most of the time)

I like that you do the combo twice. It means that you don't have to double guess what you just saw and thus rewind less.

I personally like that the combos are shown twice. It's not a big deal but it can be a pain trying to rewind over and over again, to the right spot, while watching on a phone.

Glad to see Falke is a little more fleshed out this season. I hope she's at least viable. I may pick her up as a side character.
