Harry and Leona Hensley was dear friends. I'm 99 as I read this post. I was younger than both. She wasn't a bad person. Had true real friends and could laugh with the best of them. Leona may not be an Angel but at least she lived by the adage that the customer is always right. If she only treated those who worked for her with a bit more consideration.
Her brother that was in charge of trust of the dog is a total D☠️ck! She left him upwards in millions. Yet, he sued for what she had left her dog. Greedy lawyers and judges found it fit to go against her wishes!
OK.. SO, if they said she was 'mentally unfit' ; did she have an attorney write that will? And, if so, wasn't that attorney suppose to verify she WAS mentally fit!!? It sure says so on wills I've seen. Also, I think that you shouldn't be able to 'break' someone's will! You always hear you should prepare a will so your wishes are granted. SO, just because some wayward kin doesn't like it, no judge should be able to infringe upon your final decisions! After all, not his money and THAT'S the reason for the will. IT'S YOUR wishes, your money, not for someone to change after you die! Why have the damn will then??
@@lincolnpaul1814 But, she HAD a will.... that's what I'm saying! Just because two of her grandchildren were left off, she must have had her reasons. And, it's noone's right to override that NOT even those damn judges! Why are they allowing protesting someone's last desire? I don't think she was 'unfit mentally' because I saw her way before she died saying her grandchildren were not close and never saw her! I'm surprised she left two of them anything ( she had four). Yes, leaving it to the dog is so disgusting, but I think with her attitude it's not surprising! But, like I said, did a lawyer write this will? Then he is suppose to make sure she was mentally "fit"!! Why I get so enraged on these topics is because I wouldn't want anyone to screw with my last desire!! No sir! Creepy, money grubbing relatives!

@@lincolnpaul1814 I know she had a "reputation" for being quite "difficult" !! But, it was her money to do with as she instructed! And, OmG, I wouldn't want to live in in Germany if they do that!! Overturn wills, make you bequeath money to people you don't want to?? Crazy! Outrageous! They have no right. I did not know that, but, I won't be moving there! The US only says you can't disinherit a spouse. But, there is a limit on what they can get, if you so desire to restrict it! Thank goodness.
Dogs don’t live past 15 years! I know lot of people who died and sometimes family members would take their pets. Or re-adopt to somebody else or give to animal shelter. It happens or sometimes people abandoned them on the street sad. Leona was so lonely and she should’ve watch her nasty attitude too.
Ruby, laws are made to protect people from evil narcissistic people. Germany has laws to protect families because they have family values. You couldn’t live in Germany if you did want to.
