Well it really depends on the situation and taking a gamble on spending a lot on the good and evil gifts to make a huge profit might not be a good idea because of the situation it currently is in. There's lots of huges from those gifts that exist, therefore this gift wouldn't be high demand. Also, the gifts were easy to obtain. There's also more that you have to look for in the properties of the good vs evil gifts. From my own research, there's still more than 1.2 million gifts in circulation that are still not used.
