I completely agree with you, Belinda. Bullying like that should not be tolerated! 'amber' has an oversized ego, and Julie dealt with the situation so well, and didn't deserve the intimidation she received...nobody deserves such intimidation!
I think Amber would've appeared on the program much earlier than the other two, with her being the anchor of the news program. It would be weird if she suddenly had a change of wardrobe, wouldn't it? Whereas the other two girls were just about to appear on the program, makes more sense if one of those two changed clothes.

I’d say Amber was a repeat offender with the bullying and someone had enough, so this was leaked. It came out later, that the person who leaked it was someone who works in front of the camera, so they got away with it… Amber had her own show at that time… she’s the weather girl now 😂

This was a situation that was blown out of proportion - Julie said so herself. In that field, they have to be sharp and consider everything including appearance. Amber was right to point out that wardrobe would be furious. She’s also clearly not concerned about how likeable she came across when she pointed this out to Julie. Also, Julie clearly wasn’t afraid to talk back and explain herself. Seemed like a pretty balanced exchange between two stressed out Newswomen.

At the end of the day, we got to remember Amber did send her a message a few hours prior. Whatever excuse the blonde woman has - 'I forgot, I was busy, if there is an issue? If there is an issue?' she still did nothing about it. She seemed to come across as so careless, as if she is trying to intimidate Amber or throw a rag in front of a bull. If I had a picky colleague, and she asked me to not wear white, why would I wear white? And why would I pretend it was not an issue in her face when she talked to me privately... its so disrespectful.
She probably was busy. She did say that wasn’t the only thing she was going to do that. Besides, if it was such an issue why didn’t the one in the middle change?
