Thanks Paul. Never really considered/looked into renting. Suppose there's pros and cons to that. Pros - no transfer and attorney fees. Freedom of moving out at anytime with relatively little risk. Can stay short periods of time and try out different areas. Cons - limited to the things you can do on the farm like building, farming etc etc.
