Wow! You made that seem so simple! I made the adjustments and holy crap this bird came to life and pop bounced like I havent experienced yet. Now I can control this bird with poppin power, thanks!
The reason for the tilt in the main rotor is similar to the reason why an aircraft engine is slightly offset by a couple of degrees... it is to compensate for something known as the P-factor. The heli in this case would tend to want to roll around the pitch axis. Having that slight tilt compensates for this.
Sorry I mean to say, that the heli drifts to the left, and so we would need to add right collective to correct the drifting, thus leading to the helicopter looking like its leaning to the right when its staying in one spot. In that case, we should have a swash thats has a lower right side so it would automatically lean right when we hover, and not have to adjust for the drifting...
nice, I was trying to wrap my head around how do you get an even pitch thanks big help and I did get the upgrades, I use this heli for practice for my blade 450 3D awesome contribution
hey.... Just out of couriousity... since the heli will need to dip right to compensate for the tail translational thrust, wouldnt making the wash level mean that you would need to give constant right corrections during stable hover? The initial gap you had in the begining on the right side seem like it was intentional....
good! so i'm going to use the other blades while they're not so bad rotor and grip upgrade video gave me important tips i enjoyed this video also: Battery Connector Fix & Mistake about tilted flying, it's not exactely the point. when it's hovering stopped in the air and i move "only the rudder stick", the heli does not keep spinning on the same place, it always move fast to one of the sides. i watched some videos and noticed helis spinning steady in the position. do u have some tips? thanks!!!!
very good tips, man! my mcpx is tending to hover to a side when I turn around its own axis. I'm gonna try what you showed, if it don't solve, I'm sure it will be good anyway. I have 3d blades a little bit damaged so I'm not using them but the training blades. I noticed your blades in this video are worst than mine (the one I'm not using), can you fly well with these blades? If yes, I can still use my 3d blades. Thanks!!!
Hi I have got a MCPX version 2 (yesterday) I Notice that your MCPX frame is in metal!? Also, wher do i find the tool to align my Swashplate? Greate video. thank for your help. (I broke 3 links and the connection X on the swash-plate today) /Hans
DO you have a video on how to Bind the DX4e to the MCPX ?? I am having issues my Motor keeps spinning back wards .. want to know if U can make a VIDEO SHOWING US HOW TO DO THIS I'M SURE THIS WOULD BE A BIG HELP TO A LOT OF PEOPLE THANKS AND HOPE TO HEAR FROM YOU JIM,
sorry I dont mean constant pull to the right.. If you had the heli hovering and have the rotating risk perfectly level, you will notice the heli strafe to the left, so you would need to give right collective to counter that drifting, and so you will see that the helicopter while hovering and staying in one spot will have a tendency to appear to be leaning right.
Thanks for the vid but I have the genus cp it work but the head speed is slow I have to adjust with low pitch 25.0 to have it at high speed but won't lift of till I put throttle all the way up any suggestions
Was there a before and after vid on this? I haven't fooled with my Nano in a long time. Just took it outside to fly it and the elevator servo is moving full travel positive to negative . I flew it a minute before it started jumping up and down so bad I had to hit throttle hold.
I have a dx7 I would like to use but for some reason when I throttle to high with the dx7 it just shuts down My setting are factory typical for dx7 can you help on this maybe? Flys fine with dx4e but man i really want to use my 7
Why do people sniff so much when doing these type videos! I notice that kids do it to, especially when trying to explain something...Wonder what it really means psychologically. listen at 1:26, 1:49, 1:58; 2;15, 4:42 etc etc. Are you aware that you do this a lot? Just curious. Your videos are very informative nonetheless. Just one of those non relevant observations.
very helpful video,i bought the tool and adjusted mine thanks to your video, the mcpx now flies better than before, thanks for taking the time to help
These tips increased significantly my flight quality, although i still don't have the swash plate level tool (i did it "on eye"). Thanks bro!!!!

i like that tip on looking at the Blade grips !. awesome man .. thanks for sharing .

That’s not correct! The reason for tilt in the rotor is to compensate for tail rotor thrust!

That was very good info for when i get the mpcx. Going to be soon. Flying the 120sr now. Thanks
Thanks for this .I'm glad I found this video. It flys awesome again .u made it so easy 😁

awesome video you made that easy. every other person turns it into rocket science lol.

Yeah, it's normal :-) It's the gyro attempting to hold your position (yes, even when you aren't flying! LOL!).
Great video and helpful information...thanks!

Greate video. thank for your help.

I don't have a swashplate lever is there anything else I could use instead?

for some reason mine dosent have as much right aileron as the left?? also the elevator dosent have much forward as backward? is that normal?
most spektrum servos make buzzing noises ive owned a nano cpx and blade 450 3d and they both buzz
Handy tip!! LIKE!
Excellent, thanks a lot...
Thanks for the vid but I have the genus cp it work but the head speed is slow I have to adjust with low pitch 25.0 to have it at high speed but won't lift of till I put throttle all the way up any suggestions
hello
move the trim next to throttle down and then try again
Was there a before and after vid on this? I haven't fooled with my Nano in a long time. Just took it outside to fly it and the elevator servo is moving full travel positive to negative . I flew it a minute before it started jumping up and down so bad I had to hit throttle hold.
what are your pitch curve settings for this heli?
Thanks
Very helpfull video :)
It work's good job m8 :)
Hello i am a beginner to CP helis and i really need help in adjusting the swash
I have a dx7 I would like to use but for some reason when I throttle to high with the dx7 it just shuts down My setting are factory typical for dx7 can you help on this maybe? Flys fine with dx4e but man i really want to use my 7
Through my dx6i I can re-align the servos, so do I have to make this manually instead???
Thanks
Thanks!!!
Thanks anyway! turns out when I binded the Tx I never held the rudder stick all the way to the right for anyone that might have this problem!
How do you know all this stuff
how do you make a swash leveler.please help me.
Do you still fly?
why is the servo stuttering?
Very usefull, thanks ! :)
the servos dont stuttter on my year old mcpx or msrx :)
Ppl still fly this piece of crap in 2019?! Just buy a nano cp and save the headaches.
2020! Getting from BL-mods back to Stock for the competition
