Not a metal fan but this was actually really good. So many really cool parts! To be honest, I had to get over my stereotypical views with the look of the lead singer and how he sounded! But that is a good thing. I think we need more music from other countries!
Thanks Bob for the request and Sal for stepping outside of the box ❤

@@SalvoG You almost had their name correct, Ningen was pretty good, but in Japanese you will often drop the 'u' of the end of a word. For this reason, the Isu is pronounced as 'Is', with the 'I' being really hard and the 's' sounding like the 's' in snake. It's hard to explain in words but you will know what I mean if you ever hear it pronounced correctly.
Ningen Isu recently dropped their 22nd (I think) studio album, so these boys have plenty of music out there for you to enjoy. This was my first time watching your channel, so you earned a like and a sub from me. Keep up the great reactions.

The most happening Metal Music scene on the planet is coming out of Tokyo at the moment. Babymetal turned the eyes of the west onto the Japanese music scene and we started discovering tons of bands, Ningen ISU included. Lovebites, Nemphilia, Hanabie, Band-Maid, Asterism (you want to see greatness personified, check out Asterism "Church"), Brats, Boris, Church of Misery, Rie Suzaku...... to name a few.

    NINGEN ISU! Nice.
    The bassist is hilarious.
So if you want some music not quite like anything you have ever done, the Japanese metal / rock / punk rabbit hole incomplete starter list is here! And interesting note, its VERY VERY women heavy.

    - Lovebites - The Hammer Of Wrath live (all women)
    - Maximum The Hormone - Yoshu Fukushu (women drummer / co founder)
    - Otoboke Beaver - Don't Light My Fire mv (all women)
    - Band-Maid - Protect You mv (all women)
    - Hanabie - We Love Sweets (all women)

    - I's -きるみーべびぃ (women fronted)
    - Show Ya - Fairy live dvd version (all women)
There are a lot more but these are some of the best.

Honourable mentions because not really metal / rock / punk exactly, but great.
    - Atarashii Gakko - Night Before The Exam single take performance
    - Ano - 猫吐極楽音頭 mv
    And a few all male Japanese Metal bands;
    - Jiluka - BLVCK mv
