    Greetings, I have a question.
    Does having a conclusion affect our score?

    • @juva
      @juva  8 дней назад

      If it makes sense to write a conclusion, you should write one in order to make your answer complete.

    Hi Juva!
    When writing integrated task, can we use same words from the lecture? Or should it be paraphrased?

    • @juva
      @juva  2 месяца назад

      That's a great question! Don't use the same words, but paraphrase. That's an easy way to increase your score because you show the examiner that you have a broad range of vocabulary.

      I score around 22-23 in the writing section, but I’m unable to figure out the mistakes.

    What if we write a template first and then keep inserting information in it? if we memorized the template so well I think it would save me time

    • @juva
      @juva  2 месяца назад

      You can do it as you like. You can write sentence by sentence using the template or do it in a different way.

      I did exactly that on my TOEFL test and got 30/30. I memorized all of the templates I had and kept spaces for where I needed to fill in my note-taking paper. I wrote every single one for that part of the test on my papers as soon as I sat down. Later when I reached the questions I just needed to fill them out. Works wonders!

    ETS says that we should not use templates, will I have any issues if I use one?

    • @juva
      @juva  2 месяца назад +1

      Using templates is fine. I used templates and scored 30/30 in TOEFL Writing. What you must not do is using memorised answers. A template is not a memorised answer because a template gives you sentence starters and you can then tailor your answer to the question.
