Sir I think question on gst council….the weightage of states n centre r not equal (state 2/3 rd n centre 1/3rd). But u told both equal in answer

I am not saying about the weightage... but the importance of the votes... if anyone doesnt vote... then the decision cant be taken because it wont cross the margin of 75%...
