Excellent review, thank you both. I bought a 514ce last March and love it (it’s still getting more play than my d28 well after the honeymoon phase). I’m thinking of buying a 722ce this year, and I was so pleased to see these together!
Walter White sure has mellowed out a lot in his old age. Nice to see he's into guitars now instead of making meth and murder. Picked up a lovely accent too. On a more serious note, I just played the 514CE Ironbark in a local shop and it blew me away with how balanced it sounded and how deep and strong and clear the bass frequency was. It made all the other high-end guitars I tried seem scooped or humped in some frequencies when compared back-to-back. I liked it so much that I bought one even though it was way over my budget.
I bought a Gretche Rancher falcon Jumbo electric/Acoustic with Fishman electronics in 2020 paid $729 for it and it sounds better than the Taylor Guitars

I really appreciated when he asked to swap the guitar because of the different touch. Thanks for the video. Taylor are pieces of beauty
The 514ce in person has a loud, woody tone that is totally different than Taylor’s normal bottom end. It’s just a stunner. Martin fans take notice.

Well good for you. I bought a old cassette player and it sounds better than a Gibson. Point is. Who cares? You probably favorited your own post too.
