    Hi Varun, at 18:32 I'm not sure the Fouier coefficents stay at 3/2 as you go higher in harmonics? thank you in advance for taking a look. Anyway it doesn't affect anything in the concepts :)

    Hi Varun, I take back last comment about 3/2 it is right at 18:25. However I think it goes +3/2 then -3/2 then +3/2.

    Sir in the dc machines course vedio lecture 6 , u said that irrespective of machine being motor or generator in the armature we have always AC voltage
    Than why don't we supply directly AC voltage to armature of DC motor sir?? Instead of using commutator ??

      yes..see the idea is you need something to reveres the current when the conductor passes from one side to another which should happen when the conductor reaches that point when you use an ac supply with a set frequency it would not be possible to match these two based on your requirement of speed etc.....

      When the conductor changes from one pole to other, direction of the current should change ( than only we can avoid torque reversal)
      It happens only when both frequency and speed of the machine are same
      Am i right sir????

    Most of Our doubts are not getting clarified sir
    In the comment section
    If we post our doubts to recently uploaded vedio within 12 hrs there might be chances to get a reply but possibilities are less and for getting clarified
    And
    To the past vedioes which are uploaded one year back there is no possibility of getting reply to our doubts sir

      One thing u need to understand is that I am not a full time teacher in some college, so for courses which are taken two year back I myself need to refresh certain ideas. That is why I ask to put timestamps on the doubts so that it is easy for me to watch that part. If timestamps are not there It would be very difficult for me. But since you have told me let me see what can be done, Ill find something....
