I really enjoyed these tips! Applying for a internship position for L’Oreal in Ireland. I’m passionate about skincare so much so that I investigated alternative marketing narratives as tools to advertise skincare to gen z for my graduation thesis! I really wanted to make a contribution to the way cosmetics are marketed in the beauty industry so with a significant sample I found out some interesting facts and a advertising narrative that is more than 2x times more effective than traditional skincare advertising narratives (at least according to my research). So, I’ve been applying for positions at L’Oreal since I finished college! Because I can’t see myself working in other sectors.
My question would be, is an internship the only way to get into L'Oréal. I am a recent MS in Marketing graduate with more than 3 years of experience in marketing. How would I go about applying for a role I am interested in without going through the route of an internship? I also have applied multiple times but unfortunately, I haven't been able to get too far.
I’ve been applying to loreal for almost 7 years, from back when I was in uni, when i graduated, when I got my first job, and now after I become experienced. Never got accepted although I did all these tips. Maybe I just don’t fit with the “mold”
I would like to know regarding the process , because since my first interview it took around 1 month and 2 weeks for my Business interview . do we have only 2 interview or more .
Hello 😊 could I apply to a communication job even I'm 38 years old, I don't know French language and I'm not fluent in English ? 😅 I can understand English very well but when it's about speaking , I have trouble. I'm looking for new challenge , I already was in Paris this year and I really liked the diversity there.

Don't bother. Their requirements are arbitrary. I was more than suited for an internship I applied at L'Oreal and they rejected me without providing a real reason. I mean it is their loss, they can't recognize good people even if they are under their nose.
