THIS OPENING IS AN ABSOLUTE MASTERPIECE
It's the most cookie cutter opening. It does nothing special, it's essentialy sword art online op 1. version 195.
The melody is not special, no interesting rythm, vocals are fine. Its very cheesy.

It fits Re Zero very well and the song is pretty good, fits the spot perfectly so its awkward to say its nothing special or cookie clutter or anything like that. I couldn't imagine a better opening for the anime, its not overly cheerful either which is good

@@lb_anth0ny240 I'm a musician, and not a huge critic. It doesn't need to be a concerto- It just has to sell, fit, and be enjoyable. I think it does those three things quite well.

And with the rumor being that it will be 32+ episodes with some breaks in between, we have enough ReZero for at least until the end of 2025 or start of 2026.
It was worth waiting all these years since season 1. All of us that watched it all the way back in 2016 have been rewarded.

Re zero taking 4 years for a single season is justified. I haven't read the light novel myself, but as per I've heard, one volume of re zero takes about 2 years to complete in the light novel. Normally, re zero covers around 2 volumes of the light novel (on an average). So, That makes sense. So, if I'm assuming the time period till re zero ends, there is still about 8 years for the light novel. And possibly about 12 years for the anime to complete
@@Transparent_mind it depends 1st season covers volumes 1-10, season 2 both cours covers volumes 11-15, now we started arc 5 which are vol 16-20 but we are getting arc 6 in this season tho Im not sure if its gonna be full arc (vol 21-25)

I love the detail at the end with time stoping after Subaru being killed by something he doesn’t even know (1:23) and going back to the beginning of the Op (0:11)

apart from the very beginning, Subaru didn't use his ability, so this opening doesn't perfectly reflect the mood of this season. I even think it's a strange stylistic decision.

I'm not sure if this is how it will be named, it's just a possibility of them being named like that in the future.
I did read all 9 arcs yet i hope if you have any ideas on how it will be named to share it including what arc did you read up to, so that i can change my guess accordingly if your thought is more likely to happen.
Spoilers ahead regarding why i chose these names
Remember is obviously related to the plotpoint of the arc 6, and it will likely get this name for gluttony reasons.
Restart is related to the way this arc is made out to be. It reminds us of a time when we were kids playing games, each mistake corrected, and the arc starts literally after losing everything that was established and trying to start over with already established goals in a new environment. Just like in the next level of the game. It's a recurring theme throughout the arc.
Arc 8 might not get an opening because arcs 7 and 8 were supposed to be one arc, but are likely to have separate openings.
Specifically Reunite means reunion for obvious reasons
Replace is literally what the whole arc 9 is about, so it should be fine, right? I hope noone gets to replace anybody, but, we'll have to wait and see.
