Hearing this nostalgic masterpiece with Spencer’s scream refined to perfection and Aaron’s voice as crisp as ever is an amazing new take on this record. Thanks so much for sharing!
Night 2 was so hype. My childhood band and one of my current favorite bands (Static Dress). Crazy because if you listen to SD you can def hear the UO influence in some of their stuff. But anyway, electric night.
Desperate Times was listed on the fan setlist from the day prior! That was swapped out for "You're Ever So Inviting". Day 2 NY, they changed up the fan set even further.
going to see them twice during this tour and I am so excited to see this album live and what songs make it to the other requested set list in each city. This video will help tide me over until then haha
I’m literally going to see SuicideBoys as well as Underoath on top of The Elevators in October and November. Much love. Hope you had a great time at both concerts.
It’d be ironic knowing that Spencer was the Bmth feature cursing Christ & His future return but on this song years ago, he was calling on the Lord. All we can do is hope and pray that he returns to the faith… I dunno if y’all believe or not, so there’s that, too.
Thanks! Going tonight! Saw them at Inkcareration last year and they really got a heavy metal crowd moving (most of which raised raised their hands that they'd never heard of UO when he asked)
Aaron really couldn't bring back the double kick for this tour? As a teenager, I loved how minimal it was on the records but how he'd just randomly throw it in for his insane live fills.
Thanks for recording this! I’m going to this show on October 4th in Milwaukee and have VIP I can’t wait! Gonna try and record their full set from front row but it’s gonna be hard lol.
yeah they declared it at furnace fest but the reception for it was absolutely insane. i wouldnt be surprised if they played it again this year at furnace fest again.
Praying that those in Underoath who left Christ would repent and come back to him. It’s pretty grieving hearing the profanity on stage but even more so the turning away from God all together. I’ve heard stories and speculation as to why this may have occurred and watched a couple of interviews. I don’t want to diminish anything anyone has been through. But what I will say is that scripture does not promise us a life immune from trials, struggles, loss, you name it… On the contrary it says we will go through those things, but God will always be there and never leave or forsake us even if others do. I hope that they can find healing for their wounds, but that they also to get right with God through Jesus. It’s grieving hearing these songs that were once meant for the Lord as far as I can tell, now riddled with profanity, it’s almost as to poison it. Even if they stepped away from music all together but yet gave their lives to Jesus Christ, that’s still worth it and much more important. Their souls matter much more than that. God has blessed these guys with a tremendous gift of musicianship and songwriting, but I hope that one day they’ll use it for him again.
Spencer said he can’t do that song since he doesn’t hold to the faith anymore. He already cursed Christ on that Bmth feature. I remember when he was on the late ‘06 Revolver cover mag as part of “the Holy Alliance of Metal”. “The changing of times” & people, i guess…
Is it just me or am I hearing two guitars playing yet I only see one guitar player? Could they be playing along with a pre-recorded guitar track? (I totally support it if they do - I feel like the live show sound for bands that record with multiple guitars but only play live with a single guitar could be so much better)
seems they do since they kicked out James. At least a get a hired gun for the second guitar, Underoath playing with pre-recorded guitars is killing my vibe honestly
I was there. They sound amazing, but honestly i didnt enjoy most of the show because of the crowd surfing. I get hit two times in the head. Didnt listen to most of the show because i was scared of getting hit.
I was at both nights in NYC. Feel like night 2 was the better performance, but night 1 had the better second set. Still super thankful to have gotten to both of these shows. Saw them when they were touring on this record in 2005 opening for Thrice. Crazy to come full circle 20 years later.
Repent people. Give your life to God . All those lukewarm and those that knew the word of God but are separated from him come back Home. God is waiting and he will always wait for you, God loves you

Night 2 was insane, and Night 1 looks no different!! UnderØath forever and always babyyy

This was too dope, big W to the crowd
Thanks for getting this
‘Desperate times’ is supposed to be ‘you’re ever so inviting’, I believe. Preciate it again!
@@cmorto99 thanks for the heads up! I completely rushed it tbh lol

The energy at this show was sick they always show up when they preform. I even caught me crowd surfing ahah thanks for the upload!

@yes.2144 Dude the atmosphere for both shows were intense!, definitely in for a ride
That’s so sick, I wish they finished the ending of Some Will Seek Forgivness to start off the show

See you on the 14th at Janus!!!!! Welcome home! LLUA!
Shout out Spencer too he been coming through with the clean vocals and his scream is still as good as gold
God bless under oath!
i thought 3 years ago was the last time they would play "when the sun sleeps"
Doubt they’ll stop tbh. Its still popular, at least to me.

I’m going to see them in Starland Ballroom on December

Spencer can still scream, the instrumentals are clean, they've still got it
His scream is just refined to perfection now! It’s an amazing compliment to an amazing album.

might bite the bullet and buy resale tix for the Sac show... 😬
