I am unsure whether to get the tab 3 8.0 or the nexus 7 I use my tablet for gaming, web browsing and social media. Which tablet would you recommend? FYI I'm 14 years old but well into my technology.
I'm wondering the same thing. I'm leaning toward the N7 because its stock Android, which is much more responsive and such that Touch Wiz (which is what is running on the Tab 8.0)
That's quite true Nathan, however on the other hand, touch wiz offers more of a multi tasking UI, with the dual screens etc. The nexus 7 has a higher res screen too, yet it is smaller but this does give it a considerably higher PPI. And the nexus has a much better chipset with half a Gig more RAM than the galaxy tab too.
If you want a Nexus-like tablet, but larger, check out the LG G Pad 8.3 Google Play Edition I recently reviewed. I'm a big fan of that one and it might be the best of both worlds for you.
i would prefer to have a nexus 7. i was samsung fan but ill avoid purchasing any. samsung tries to minimize the cost of everything and make it cheap while they get max profit from the customer let me give u examples: 1- tab 3 lite without front camera 2- tab 4 without proximity sensor what will they lose to put things that became standard. my samsung devices always hang and overheat. i figure these things after i became a happy htc customers with m8

@@igamegalaxy well this Galaxy Tab model is not high end. If you want a high end version of this, you will want to get the Galaxy Tab S. I thought the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 was the crap tablet but I didn’t know that the Galaxy "S" is the high end of the Galaxy model.
tab 4 series r the latest samsung tablets they come in 7.0, 8.0 and 10.1 they share the same specs except the screen. but definitely there is better than them in terms of price and build quality

Loved this. I like videos that go into detail like yours. I try to look for reviews that are longer than 5 mins lol. But I just got one of these free basically but need to buy a new screen to fix the touch screen. i can't wait to give this a try. I am not really picky a long as it fits my needs and looks like it will.

Lovely tablet and great review as well. However I did find there was quite a bit of lag with this tablet which was extremely frustrating. It wasn't able to cope with multitasking too well. Hopefully the tab pro will bring a better experience.

Definitely upgrading my Samsung Galaxy Tablet 2 for this 3 version next week on Black Friday. Best of all, I have the chance to upgrade without of paying more. I had my Tablet 2 for a year now, it is still in great condition, just a couple of fingerprints and still under warranty. All I have to pay is hundred dollars and 15 dollars or 30 dollars back from the warranty. Now, I wonder how much will it be if I exchange it for a black Tablet during Black Friday? Saving money baby at Best Buy :)

This video does a MUCH MUCH better job of selling the product than Samsung does. I was used to my old Kindle Fire, and found my new Tab very confusing, and certainly had no clue how to do all the things you demonstrated. I am more excited about my purchase now. One thing I find puzzling is there seem to be duplicate apps: Samsung's Internet app vs Chrome; Samsung's email vs Gmail. I don't know which ones to use or why. Just seems like app overkill. And add in syncing with Samsung account and Google account and I feel like I'm in a maze!
Hey Edatron. I have the tab 3 8.0 and I can tell you don't know much about Android, lol. Every android tablet supports EVERY file format, you just have to find an app that displays it or plays it the way you want. EBookDroid is a free app I use to view pdf file and it lets you flick through them like pages once you set up the options. But you have to look at the whole page at a time which depending on the margins on the side could come out pretty small on this tab.
I have a galaxy tab 3 7" tablet. I watched your video, and you forgot to mention hangouts. Is hangouts is a messaging app on Samsung? What does Hangouts do?

God review of a Nice tab. I have own 2 tab from Samsung before. The first was the first tab With phone. And tab 2 10 Inch. Now I look at this 8 Inch tab 3. I really like the zize. Im gadgets freak and have mutch of it. I also look at this tab With pen. But I own a note before and pen was not used mutch. Samsung have fantastic Product. I really like Your video of this tab. bro buy this, it's essentially a desktop like experience on a tablet, you can torrent files, use external displays, use file browsers, download files, android is free and open and completely customizable, and it's fairly priced too, you can add storage 9up to 64G+ for 80GB total)
listened to a few of your reviews so far and have found them very well balanced and professional with little repetition and fuss, just a wee bit slower (not by much) would be grand ;)

jasmin pante front camera works great and great tablet too you can get kitkat on this device now etc. And its cheap so just buy tab 3 8.0 just great!
