Costs have risen massively post lockdown & the effect on the supply chain has been catastrophic. I really can't see prices going back to pre lockdown levels. Lockdown was a disaster for the global economy & totally unnecessary.

Excellent news regarding extending 30 - 60 days visa exempt stamp. I don't think the visa agents will like it plus no need to fork-out 1,900THB for a 30 - 60 days extension - will Thai authorities allow you to extend the 60 days visa exception stamp to 90 days @ 1,900THB?
So now you can stay in Thailand 60 days Malaysia 90 days . Vietnam 45 days. Philippines 30 days all at no visa cost. Perfect.

Wynn i think that you will find that the visa extension to 60 days does not need royal consent.
Didn't mention visa extension but visa exempt on entry who will get 60 days instead of the 30.👍
