I was doing this machine at the gym and someone came up to me and told me I’m not supposed to have the pads at my shoulders and that I had to have them at my chest to do it right.
These videos with this woman are terrible. The guy was better. Didn't bother to tell viewer that the machine needs to be adjusted and changed when starting from left and turning to the right. I see so many people in gyms that only use this machine in one direction.

it needs knee gourd to prevent knee slip on high weight and wet thigh.

That would really be my lone criticism of this video. I think she sets the pads a little too high. Chest level works better.
