Yep, I went 20 mile run today in preparation for an Ultra, it was stuck in my head the ENTIRE time,
Just got back from the Vet in time for this episode. My dog ate a bunch of pieces off of our Scrabble game. Vet said he should be okay, but the next time he poops it could spell disaster.

Daughters make great hunting partners. I have taken my daughter along on so many archery elk hunts,so many memories. Now she comes out to Idaho every September to video for us, highlight of my year.

Eight years ago I took our daughter on her first Archery whitetail hunt. Watching Cory lead his daughter in into the mountains in search of elk....that's the good stuff!

This episode was perfect for showing persistence. Sometimes you just have to bugle your guts out to locate elk. Bugle and cover ground. Eventually you will find one that wants to play the game.

Close calls but persistency will pay off. Regardless of that the time spent with your daughter in the woods is priceless no matter how you look at it. Love you take the kids out. We have to get the next generation in the woods and teach them the importance of not only morals, good ethics, conservation but the time spent with those who mean the most to you is time not wasted but time that should be cherished.
Cherish the hunts with your daughter. My daughter loved hunting for a few years. Then boys became more important. Dad took the back seat.
