Who wants to do a language challenge this Summer?
I'm giving you all the materials and learning plan.
To learn 10,000 Spanish words in 1 month.
That's enough to understand 99.9% and speak fluently.
    But...
You'll need some serious discipline for this.
This is the plan you should follow:
    1. Memorise the vocabulary with mnemonic associations.
    2. Read the sentence list.
    3. Listen to the RUclips video on repeat.
    4. Retrieval practice with flashcards.
    Do ALL 4 every day.
I recommend starting with 100 associations a day for vocabulary.
Then increasing the number to 150, 250, 300 or more a day.
Once your association skills get good it'll be easy.
    Review the entire list daily.
Even if you don't know most of the words at first.
If you can't finish it in a day continue where you left it the next day.
Reviewing is key in order to remember.
Another form of reviewing will be listening.
    Also useful to improve your:
    - Listening comprehension.
    - Spoken pronunciation.
Listen to the 10,000 word and sentence list video on my RUclips channel.
    LISTEN to it. Don't watch.
Listen to it on repeat while you do something else:
    -Walking / run
    -Cook
    -Clean
    -Work out
    -Drive / Commute
    -Etc
    Finally the active part:
Download the spreadsheet into a csv file and import to Anki separated by commas and in "Basic and reversed" format.
Review at least 1,000 flashcards a day.
    Always aloud.
Always saying the right answer aloud.
If you see you made a mistake.
    To summarise:
Memorise +100 words a day with mnemonic associations.
Read the complete sentence list once a day.
Listen to the RUclips video on repeat. 2-3 hours a day:
Retrieval practice with flashcards. +1,000 flashcards a day.
    That's the plan.
    Simple but super effective.
Now you have to implement it.
    Get started here: www.nll.coach/products/communities/naturallanguagelearning/challenge/46bc6351-3101-46ba-9650-4010b3da7a25
    Any questions let me know.
BTW the materials will only be available until the end of the challenge.
    Don't waste time!

Hey mikel what is more important the reading or listening? I'm new to this method and my speed reading ain't great yet. Does it matter as much as the other exercises in order to learn? Thanks you bro

Are we supposed to try and listen to the whole 10 hours in one day? If we don't have the time, should we listen from the start every day or continue from where we left off? Many thanks for the resource and challenge Mikel.

2-3 hours/day is already good if you play it in the background while you do something else.
Continue where you left off the next day.
Make sure you learn from the spreadsheet and flashcards so that the listening becomes much easier.

Awesome challenge and upload! Can't seem to find the subtitles and transcript. Those options don't seem to be available. Tried to follow with your spreadsheet but lost my place quickly. Audio is ripping along! Any chance that you could make this available as a downloadable audio file? I would like to put it on my phone to listen when I am out doing other things.
