- in this video we will see how to make korean vegetable tempura recipe in tamil. In this recipe we are going to fry thin slices of vegetables which are gently coated with batter. Compared to the regular bajji, this tempura fry is very crispy and the vegetables are fried to perfection. This style of vegetable pakoda is a perfect evening snack ahich can be served along with tea/ coffee. The oil temperature is very critical during frying because we want the interior and exterior of the veg slices to cook evenly.

Ingredients:
1 medium Onion
4 green Beans
1 Carrot
1/2 Capsicum
1 Potato
3 string Coriander
1/2 cup sweet corn
For the Batter:
1/2 cup Maida
2 tbsp Corn flour
3/4 tsp Salt or as required
3/4 - 1 tsp Pepper powder
little less than 3/4 cup Water (or as required)
