กุศลผลบุญที่อาจารย์ยอดที่ท่านได้สร้างช่วยให้ท่านไปสู่ภพภูมิที่ดีและไปสู่สรวงสวรรค์ ประวัติศาสตร์บางอย่างที่บิดเบือนเพราะผู้ชนะคือผู้เขียนประวัติศาสตร์
ตระการหนองขุหรุบ้านแม่ยายผมเลยครับเดี๋ยวถ้ากลับไปจะต้องถามดูซะหน่อยว่าอดีตเป็นมาแบบไหน.ร.พ.ประจำจังหวัดอุบลชื่อสัมประสิทธิประสงค์..คงเป็นที่มาของผู้ปกครองในอดีต
เมืองตระการพืชผล ตั้งขึ้นเมื่อปี พ.ศ.2406 พร้อมกับเมืองพิบูลมังสาหารและเมืองมหาชนะชัย ในปี พ.ศ.2452 ยุบเมืองตระการพืชและเมืองเกษมสีมาไปรวมกับเมืองพนานิคม ลงเป็นอำเภอพนานิคม ต่อมาย้ายที่ว่าการอำเภอพนานิคมไปตั้งที่ตำบลขุหลุ จึงเปลี่ยนชื่อเป็นอำเภอขุหลุตามนามตำบลที่ตั้ง จนถึงปี พ.ศ.2483 ได้เปลี่ยนชื่ออำเภอพนานิคมเป็นอำเภอตระการพืชผลจนถึงปัจจุบัน
ส่วนโรงพยายาลสรรพสิทธิ์ประสงค์ นั้นตั้งตามพระนามของกรมหลวงสรรพสิทธิ์ประสงค์ ผู้สำเร็จราชการแทนพระองค์ ที่ทรงบริจาคที่ดินเพื่อสร้างโรงพยาบาลแห่งนี้ครับ
