It depends on what what you call a Black movie. There are independent Black films with Black financiers, and Black casts. Then there are 'Black' films with a Black cast but made by a white studio. Then there are films when the main stars are Black but they have supporting casts of other races.
'Black Panther' could be considered a Black film, ad could the upcoming Judas and the Black Messiah but they are made by Disney and Warner respectively, but with the latter mentioned film being based on the actual Black Panthers.
