Y’all just take note that the burning point for human hair is 451 degrees Fahrenheit. Just like other substances avocado oil, water etc have a boiling point or smoke point. Heat damage occurs after 450 degrees especially with titanium plates because it heats the hair differently and is more aggressive than ceramic
@@LachandraMarie you’re welcome that is for watching! One thing I learned this I published this video is to not over flat iron my hair. I started doing it every week for months and experienced so much heat damage. I still LOVE this flat iron but I definitely went overboard with the heat 🤦🏽♀️
No I’m not. I use a good heat protectant on top of the fact that this isn’t a regular thing for me. I don’t straighten my hair very often so my curls will be fine.
