Question: yar 1NR-FE with auto transmission (model came with local Corolla), can it be installed in suzuki khyber ??? i have seen 1NR-FE manual gives very good fuel average in corolla (in both karachi city approx 14km and highway 17/18km). khyber is lighter (750kg) car as compared to corolla (1250kg). so we wont face the under power issue that we face in corolla 1.3 automatic.

@@sliceoflife1166 Nope I won't buy. But I have seen 1990-91-92 mehran being sold in 4-5 lacks as they are worth it. And 2000 up models in less than 4 lacks. Price depends on condition and features. 4-4.5 lac is very good range for khyber But not for this type of khyber. At least in the present situation. Because if someone wants to convert it into Auto like this, only engine, gear, wiring, meter etc will take at least 2 lacks. So, it is worthwhile for someone to buy it in 6 lacs instead of getting it done by themselves.
