@@localchibigameuser9732 FYI you don't level up in Genshin the same way as other games. Don't waste time trying to gain experience. You'll collect XP books over time and have to manually level up your character using those. Confused me at the beginning.
seeing this all compiled into a video is like a whole new movie, from something so mysterious yet to be discovered to something we've all experienced and awaiting the new. i really appreciate this journey that we are experiencing right now
Especially when it comes to the tearful moments. There were scenes in the early half of the video where you know there should be more agony and tear shedding, but everything was stiff and not as dramatic as it could've been. Fast ward to the later half of the video, especially with Nahida, and the tears are here and the moments hit harder because the emotions are better expressed. Bravo!
54:23 No matter how many times I see this cutscene, I always end up crying like a baby When the traveler sees their sibling in the first Dainsleif quest and the sibling leaves the traveler ( 30:32 ), and also when Nahida deleted Greater Lord from Irminsul (1:39:04), it got me super emotional and I tear up when I watch them- but when Ei witnesses Makoto's true final goodbye it always gets me crying :(
Makoto's final goodbye was the only that ruined the story for me (in a positive way of sorts), by how sad it was, and how punching it became... I have given myself a pause for a week or so, but still returned to this game.
I wanted a recap of the story but I'm not planning to play with another account before the story ends due to IRL time management issues, I thank you for from the bottom of my heart for making this series.
me too! i had forgot the lore because i took a 1 year break after sumeru because i didn't have enough storage to download the new version, but now that i upgraded i can play it now. This video was a great recap and will definitely help me understand the lore of Fontaine
Damn I am always amazed how beautiful Genshin is, even if I play daily this game. The soundtrack is so mesmerizing, the graphic storytelling is getting better and better, the boss fights are also so amazing. Everytime I see 56:18 or 1:24:46 I am crying from the artistic beauty of those moments.
I've been playing Genshin Impact for more than 1 year, it's really nice to be able to see everything from the beginning again. Thanks for the good compilation of the complete story.
Its actually amazing that you put your everything together and made it like movie Just imagining that after snezhaya I think it will a three hours film all together be pretty amazing to watch
and that's not including filler story too, if including filler cut scene that's gonna be longer, not even talking about future anime story that's gonna be super long videos lol
this is really a good recap before fontaine comes. i love archon quests so i didnt really miss anything, but this is a good refresher. thank you for your effort in compiling this. ❤️
i cant believe you put all the main cutscenes together T_T as a genshin player since 3rd oct 2020, the anemo scenes were very nostalgic. now we're almost at fontaine, and once we're there, we've got two or three more regions to go: natlan, snezhnaya and khaenriah T_T
You are amazing! You work so hard to summarize any great detail of the game. And you also let us know a lot of small details! You. Are. Truly. Amazing!!!
It is sad that hyv creates limited time events that has so much important lore and character improvement towards the playable characters, i hope they make some of those limited time events a side quest with voicelines instead
I can't believe I'm still playing this wonderful game for almost 3 years now. I loved and hated it in numerous times over the course of 3 years. looking forward on the upcoming 3 regions that will be released in the near future.
1:33:53 Yuki Nagato parallels. The fake sacrifice and the time looping. Still gets me to this day. While the animation improves, Ningguang still holds firm as one of the most epic scenes in the entire Archon quest. The plot kind of became cleaner though. I love Alhaitham's role in this whole ordeal. His Oscar acting is top-notch!
It is such a refresh looking back at everything. Regarding your other post, if everything is put in, then even more past things will be clearer than before (for me anyway lol). Thank you so so much for putting this up. It must of taken ages.
The scene with Makoto and Ei always makes me cry just like the scene with Dain and Halfdan and the scene with the lesser lord and the greater lord is also super sad 😥 pls tell me I'm not the only one
seeing the progress of hoyoverse has also been really good. it’s obvious that at the beginning their animations were less dynamic and the fighting scenes were less vague but in inazuma you could really see it being stepped up
The way the game improves over the time always makes me feel warm honestly, i will most likely replay the whole game once it's over ( even though it might cause some tear drops from the nostalgia and pain from doing all those long ass quest, i'm sure it'll be worth it though ) Also, it feels like only a few months ago when i saw the trailer of this game and wanted to play it, now it's almost at the half of the main story (or so we believe?) That makes me a little emotional i guess I wished i could have played it at the start (1.0) though not at 2.0
as someone who hasn't continued with the main story since like the very start of the chasm, this is INSANELY helpful and very well put together😭😭thanks u sm🙏
Thank you so much for making this long video, basically 2 years ago my phone is a bit laggy when it comes to genshin so yeah most of them cutscenes were not happening because of the lags. But now this video been made and it's helpful for me to understand the story more.

Liyue, Inazuma n Sumeru Archon quests were all really beautiful....I like Sumeru's quests bcoz finally the game doesn't show the traveller as an almighty powerful being....we rescue our radish Archon with the help of multiple people n tht made Sumeru special for me

This is so nostalgic. I couldn't believe that we've gone this far. We're probably more or less halfway of the Teyvat Story. I wish this would be faster but yeah. Can't make them rush the story cause it will make the story bad if it's too rushed. Creating stories are never easy
as someone who has spent basically all of my time on genshin goofing off and getting new characters, leveling up, etc. and hasn't been doing the main quest rly this is super helpful! i like getting to piece the story together without having to rush through like hours of gameplay haha

I can only imagine how difficult this was to edit down. This was a great watch but even at almost 2hrs, there is so much skipped over.
