Brandon was like the only one that was catching the vibe that Rohan was giving and that's really disappointing. This one of the best interviews but it should have been WAY longer if Channing ain't keep cutting him off. This man played on the same college team with Warren Sapp & Ray Lewis and was a harder hitter than both of them, oh yeah The Rock was also his teammate. His baby mama is one of the greatest musical artists of our generation and we didn't even get the story on how she helped him transition past his playing days. I get the fact he kept pressing about being Bob Marley's son but he shared that his dad's estate was worth about 20 million after he passed, they've flipped that into 500 million. Call up Freaky Fred and get started on a part 2 cause it's too much gold left in that story for us to only get 37 minutes out of that story.

Rohan perfectly described the mental toll that football/sport on a high level plays on the mind. He also represents the mental struggle that children of very well-known famous figures go through. You would undoubtedly face a time when you also would want to make your mark. I'm sure he did everything he could to make his own way, so it had to be very difficult to leave football behind and still carve a path for yourself with the world watching. You can't even call an elder by their name in some African countries. They have their own greetings in the swahili language. So I totally understood Mr Marley on how his sister handles the affairs. She's respected which shows she worthy of her honor and takes her role seriously. Here some siblings abuse that role far too often.

I think Rohan used to be described as the 'Bad Marley' or ' Bob's Bad Son'. Even his father used to speak to him about the fighting he got into as a youth - said he couldn't be his son if he didn't stop. Looks like Bro. Rohan channeled his anger (where did it come from?) through football... then released it. The powerful energy we see in him is the anger transformed into a creative spark or flame. It's an important lesson for A LOT of youth: use alchemy to change anger into something better. Rohan definitely has his own story and an important teaching - he needs to reach out to me so I can pen it for him.

How is he a great father when he abandoned his so called Empress(Lauren Hill) and 5 of his precious Hebrew-Israelite children and by the way the bible forbids !!!! for a white woman(current wife) whom he clearly found more worthy AND VALUABLE thus Marrying her !!!
that is not wise nor deserving of praise only black men are given a pass for abandoning their kids when a black woman is the mom !!!
The only answer I can imagine would be love for Him and admiration for all black penises, no matter what they do .
I truly believe the only black man a black woman should entertain is one who obeys God, period !!!

This interview was so RIVETING!!! Rohan has a seven-foot-tall personality and it's sooo intelligent, sweet and full of gravitas! One heavy dude! Please tell me there will be a part two or three! Please! The whole human race can benefit from his philosophy. Could an interview with Lauren Hill be considered? She's an athlete of song!

Wow yall missed on this interview. Would have loved to hear more about his and his family's businesses/dynamics of building generational wealth and of course the Rastafarian beliefs...seems beautiful.

The energy of this show was different...I wish Fred was present for this one. I enjoyed watching Channing cause he finally had someone on the couch that shared the defensive mental/physical energy. The generational wealth, the fight to obtain their father's rights and the family dynamics where it relates to hierarchy and how important it is to understand that concept needed to be touched on a bit more. We talk about the importance of family, generational wealth, etc., but as we all know, culturally when someone dies in our family that has even $5, (as Channing was saying) the fight and drama amongst family members for that $5 gets quite viscous.

I agree it would've been incredibly informative maybe if it was the older sister on instead we would've had that

I've seen that on both sides and have seen generational wealth snashed away. We have to build like Rohan and get out the mindset that my brother is my enemy while your enemy waits to feast off your bones.

This show and Speak for yourself have absolutely replaced 'The village idiot and Shannon' for me. Stephen A is the highest paid on the network so hes smart enough to speak like a company man which is disappointing. This feels more like a show than a podcast. I love that they eat and drink together during the show. I remember the original podcast in the 90s after hours with the hater Star and Buckwild. No one likes pure podcasts outside of inside information.
