Mam I am from RBSE BOARD . From humanities stream . Many sub do not have practicals . So should I add sessional/internal assessment marks in practical section. For eg history theory is of 80 marks and 20 marks are sessional . So can I add these 20 marks as practical

1- I have applied for ISC Improvement exams and results are not declared yet and there is high probability that results come after 7/8 Aug so in this case what should I do? So I wanted to know that should I submit my old documents right now or should I leave it as APPLIED FOR REVALUATION or anything else.
2 - While making preference list should I should I add Top colleges first irrespective of their program or should I go program wise like Eg. Bcom. so all 50/60 Clgs of Bcom then BBA likewise or like first top 10 BCOM then top 10 BBA, etc.
