I always thought that the Dead Moon Circus were the scariest villain group in the series.Black Moon Clan were my favorites,The Death Busters were boring and the Dark Kingdom were pretty based.
Can't agree with some of the opinions, but in any case, I LOVE SM villains! I even made a tribute video set to the music of Black Sabbath (now taken down because of those bastards at the BMG label!) >:D
I think the Dark Kingdom is generic but like overall really fun. Ail and Ann were kind of annoying together but I like their designs. The Black Moon Clan was great aesthetically and I’m gay for Koan so there’s a plus for them. The Death Busters were genuinely really creepy at times. Kaolinite and Eudial were eh but I liked everyone else in Witches 5 tho I wish the others got more screen time. However I love everything that happened with Hotaru. And I just started SuperS but I already love the circus

This season definitely had creative villains me as someone who’s terrified of clowns and find circus music creepy this one definitely creeped me out as a kid. Also it had the best main villain Queen Nehelenia

Best villains stable on sailor moon alongside the sailor animates and the black moon clan, dead moon circus is my favorite faction of this amazing and memorable anime hahahaha And not to mention they say some big truths of this humankind existence: "Sometimes dreams can become nightmares, and the most thing a kid wants on this world it's not to become an adult"
