As I told the Advance AX7 10w30 became thin, hence I had to top up with Motul 7100 10w40. But unfortunately, 10w40 was unavailable, instead, I went with 7100 10w50.
I added 100 ml of 7100 10w50.
I thought that engine will feel extreame heavy, but surprisingly, it felt normal. (If same 7100 10w50 is put into normal Platina, then it will definitely create some problem).
After 30 kms, the oil is completely mixed, now the engine is exactly giving performance like Motul 5100.
Earlier the colour was yellowish white, but now it turned pink 😊
Hi,
Regarding Shell Advance AX7 10w30, it didn't survive due to thinning out even after top up with heavy oil, still maintaining the lubricity.
Now, I have to use 10w40 oil.
Can we use yamalube 10w40 used for R15 for Apache rtr 200 ?
