@@mohammadmirsadeghi9195 because the pressure in the manifold is coming from de accumulator thru a regulator valve that decreases the pressure from 3000 psi to 1500 psi, it's the same system.
Answer number 13 has a leak and needs maintainance or explanation,,, because why not switch to a manual solution when regulator pressures are 0,, please how do you open with regulator pressures at 0?

If the Shear/Blind rams is operated by the accumulator bottles pressure (3000psi), why the manifold pressure decreases then?
