Happy to see you back..I work in an office and get reviewed for my work sometimes it’s good n positive and sometimes it’s not according to my wish but I know it’s a part of my job so I get back to work..one of the cons of working in office is we can’t even tell people that if you don’t like my work they don’t work with me or stop seeing me that’s a liberty only youtubers have..btw chicken dish looked delicious..

1)garlic in mustard oil,heat it up.When it comes to warm temp,you can put it in your ear.Do this in the night.
2)keep a clove in cotton in the ear and sleep with it.

Even I faced this ear pain a lot last year. It seems that if you had fever or infection , the nasal passage gets blocked and pulls ear.. Mostly if you stay in AC all the time, it happens more.. Nasal spray may help and you can recover early.

Ok ..may be my baby is hyperactive. Does not sleep at night . So his dr told me to use it to calm him at night. It is working for him . May be depending on baby . Definitely gonna talk to her in next visit .
