Regarding the glasses - studies are showing reading/screens/"near work" aren't actually contributing to vision problems like they once thought. It's not getting enough sunlight. That said, eye strain is still a real thing worth getting the glasses for, just also get some sunlight too.
Hey Ryu, could you look into the glasses and the technology behind them again before continuing to promote them? I'm by no means a professional on anything like this but from what I can see on their website they only really market the fact them as anti blue light glasses. Blue Light DOES NOT damage the eyes, it only affects the circadian rhythm (sleep rhythm) and there's plenty of free possibilities of reducing blue light on modern pcs (software like f.lux, a lot of monitors also just have a "reduce blue light" option. The problem with eye strain (especially long term) comes from looking at something that is very close to you but the glasses, at least from what I can see on their website, aren't combating that at all. RUclipsr/Streamer Valkyrae promoted an anti-blue light creme a couple of months ago i believe and got huge backlash because the science behind that is more than just shaky, i believe some tiktok influencer also did something like that. Blue light glasses can definitely be useful for some people, but they shouldn't be marketed as reducing eye strain (especially over the long term) if they do not do that. If they do and I'm just talking bs here, feel free to ignore this but if you're unsure yourself I'd really appreciate it if you got in contact with the sponsor & just made sure that you're not promoting things wrongly. Been watching for a couple of years and really enjoying the content, keep it up! :)

The issue I see with those glasses is that it has a lot of glare. You can clearly see the reflection of his ring light.
