Hey Lloyd, These houses have the finish that the eight million BHT house should have had. Very nice houses and I like the idea of moving straight in furnished. On a personal note, I don't like the grey village everything to close together and looking the same as every other house. All in all, I think they are fairly priced and very well finished and will make someone a happy home. Blessings to you both and wee Arnie. M

I dont understand how they prize those houses as you can get alot bigger houses with bigger garden for quite a good amount less money, and houses in those "villages" dont tend to age well.. Or that is what I have experienced in my years in Thailand.
Hello Johan, it depends on the areas this house is just a few minutes away from main City central plus it’s right next to the main highway to go to Nong Khai and the road goes straight to BKK , the Village is near 4 main schools, the house next to me was sold for 9 million baht, But yes I have seen better house for less price we want to sell our house too but we think the time is not right now to sell, Cheers Johan thank you so much for Watching and Comment
What's everyone's read on the price they are charging for the furnishing? The 800,000 that is tacked on to the 1.9 million bungalow seems a bit steep for just 5 rooms of furniture (living room, kitchen, and 3 bedrooms).

It always amazes me that the kitchens are a woman’s deal breaker in the western world and yet in Thailand the toilets are usual bigger than most kitchens , and they rarely even have a cook top in most kitchens , as they always seem to throw in a bbq out in the back yard .

Kitchen looks very narrow, afterthought, not well planned . Is there a Management Committee and Management Fee, to cover the maintenance and future repairs to the Estate, that seems to be the downside with a lot of developments in Asia.
