And they will try to shift as much budget into the next year as possible just to torpedo the next presidency with 1.7T of excess debt. That is so wasteful and cynical. Expenditures should be charged to the presidency that spends it instead of having weird accounting practices to push charges into the next year for someone else to have a debt bomb wreck their budget and make them look ineffective.
