My Notes: Daily routine organization: 1. Before Night itself plan what to do and have a rough picture of it - only that is done - no new things are added at the last minute unless it's urgent/rare events. 2. Complete the difficult/hardest things first and easy things later. 3. Mentally occupied with challenge eg. Games in newspapers with set timing. 4. End of day - meditation for 10-15mins - calm down and sleep. Additional tips: 1. Sunlight - vitamin D 2. Sleep - 6.5 to 7hrs 3. Hardest thing 1st and easiest thing last. 4. Be ruthless in avoiding Q4(Not important and not urgent) 5. Practice what we want the most. Eg. Reading books, exercise, etc.

Is 6.5 hours of sleep sufficient?

@@divyapriya90s I used to sleep 6 to 7 hrs and felt tiredness always. Started to sleep for 8hrs yesterday onwards. Thanks for reply.
