Sully would probably be the best spy out of all of them. A: he is an actor (if I remember), B: he is a bit flamboyish, so some of his behaviour can be explained away, C: come on, it's Sully, who would expect Sully as a spy? I'm pretty sure he could walk right up to you and say "Hello, I'm Sully, I'm a spy! Sneak, sneak!" while handing you an 'I'm a spy' business card and you still wouldn't believe it.
I said to myself, "I think Sullivan is actually the best ninja here because he'll just win due to sheer comical luck" and I KNEW IT. There's intellignece hidden in incompetence and that ending PROVED that. What an episode of Sullivan & Friends.
Best-luck, knew, intelligence, incompetence, prove. These are just a few of the words you will need to look up based on your incorrect usage. Your post is nonsensical.
This video is amazing and we love it! Just to clarify one rule: You don't actually have to go "Spy 1, 2, 3, 4" and so on. You can just say, "Spies!" Then everyone with a Spy lays their cards on the table simultaneously and you just resolve them in numerical order. This is a little faster and gives you a little more information (so a higher-ranked Blind Assassin can see who else is a Blind Assassin before deciding who to kill). Amazing video... thanks for playing!
Their variant seemed better because there were instances where you had to guess who had the mirror monk. It's a lot more obvious if later assassins have to reveal themselves.
@@jauggy But rules also state that you can bluff. For example you can keep your spy in your hand in the spy phase (thus never be able to play it later on) to bluff as mirror or smt.
@@alexgalbraithacoustic it looks like a jump cut skipped over the part where they drafted their second card, but it looks like they did do the draft as written in the rules: deal three - draft one - pass two - draft one - discard the remaining card.
Seeing Rosie's shirt I wouldn't be worried about summoning demons. I'll be worried about summoning Rosie. And the tummy sword. This is the perfect game for tummy swords. 😬
First heard of this game a few weeks ago from Carley's channel, thought it sounded interesting, and then you decide to play it here! :D Such a treat with everyone being delightful ninjas! Amazing moment when Adam tries to sow distrust between Rosie and Sully all while forgetting that he is actually on their team as well! Brilliant! 😂
It’s always a good day when a new Board Game Club comes out, and it means I have new suggestions for games to play with the lads! Keep up the amazing work NRB!
Love Laurie's reference to Tim Minchin. Sully: "Big crane play" 😂 17:06 A spy ninja in its natural habitat. I love Brotherwise Games, but when I saw this on Kickstarter, I was so burnt out on social deduction. I have to admit: I regret not backing it. This looks like good fun.
Ohhh....I'm super hyped for the Unfathomable gameplay. I'm making a decision on Nemesis or Unfathomable and that gameplay will hopefully help me decide which one has better chance of being played by my group. Ohh boy...I can't wait!
Wow, what interdimensional karmic force. Sully, who had the most jabs, ends up being the best ninja. Prob because he'd make his target laugh, and either die that way, or then shank em in the kidney.
i only found you guys a week or so ago. I've watched a load of your playthroughs since, you are easily the best on RUclips. I see you have Twilight Imperium on your shelf, I'd love to see you play that. "Shut Up and Sit Down" did the best playthrough of that, up to now. I'm sure you guys could do better. That's a challenge. 😁
Okay cool! So it's similar to Good Cop, Bad Cop, but survival rather than just kill the boss, plus scoring rounds of play for a single winner rather than one round team win. Nice!
Another great episode guys, just wondering if there is any chance you could turn the old Jam that Jam belt into a BGC title belt and lose that shocking trophy?
I see these guys played this game and after watching Larrys hilarious freak out on Achievement Hunters video of this game i had to come over for those of you that dont know Achievement Hunter has a board game show called Lets Roll they played this and Lindsay one of the people playing won and didnt realize it and they played for like 20-Mintes longer then they should have it was great lol

Wang!
He could give you secret government information and you still wouldn't believe him
The names Brown, Sullivan Beau Brown.
Honestly, I'd also be an obviously terrible spy, so as a fellow actor, I say to Sully - we should make our own spy agency.
No, Rosie would be the best. Her impeccable acting and stoic poker face would be her weapons.
Rosie in a social deduction game.
Someone's getting lunch bought.
Too bad Molly-Rose wasn't there for more chaos.. and Dom cause why not.. and Jon.. and.. and.. annnnd... :p

@@switters8679 Oh come now, their comment was perfectly understandable. What did you think necessitated such a reply?
Fucking brilliant ending. Sully's 'he doesn't even know WHO he is' comment killed me.
Yea and thats like the main part of the game!
This video is amazing and we love it!

I was going to say, that is how we play it, and we use that info to sometime kill later assassins

Question for Brotherwise Games or NRB team. Why were you only drafting one ninja each round instead of two from three?

The more of these I watch the more I relate to Sully, I am him playing games. I love watching Sully he's entirely wholesome and delightful.
Wang!
The Board Game Club intro is a sound of relief for guys like me who don’t have many friends.
Love you guys.
Love the intro!!!
Mood. Wish there was a board game cafe around here XD
I want to open one in my town because of these guys
"Forgiveness is devine, but never pay full price for late pizza."
I understood that reference!
Two minutes for high sticking!
A José Canseco bat? Tell me you didn't pay money for this.
“You gotta know what a crumpet is to understand cricket”
Okay, one twenty two, one twenty two and an eighth?! One twenty two... and an eighth!
“The only thing safe in the woods would be the trees!”
"'Hoo, Sullivan can't remember where the cheese is!' He doesn't even know WHO he is!"
Seeing Rosie's shirt I wouldn't be worried about summoning demons.
I'll be worried about summoning Rosie. And the tummy sword.
This is the perfect game for tummy swords. 😬
Big props to Laurie for the "ginger ninja" Tim Minchin reference! Love that dude!
It's a fun twist on the social deduction style, having everyone eyes open and openly talking about the shenanigans of the night phase. Dig this game
I love the Tim Michin reference.
Only another ninja can sneak up on another ninja
Adam, with his dying breath after being murderd by the joyful ninja: "Eat shit Blair"
When Sully was describing why he’d be a good ninja
He’s never reminded me more of Matt Berry
First heard of this game a few weeks ago from Carley's channel, thought it sounded interesting, and then you decide to play it here! :D Such a treat with everyone being delightful ninjas!

Rosie brings excellent chaotic energy
Man what I would give to play board games with friends for a living
Get off a 14 hour shift to an instant upload, I love this channel
Ever since Gnarly Carley Gaming mentioned this game, I've hoped that we'd see a Board Game Club video! And this was so worth it!
Laurie, against all odds, going up even further in my books with that Tim Minchin reference
Agreed. Fast becoming my favorite.
Was bout to say. Plus he does brilliant character analysis on the wrestling channel.
Absolutely.
I love watch the subscriber count go up. It heralds the arrival of the fabled British Blair.
The boyhood dream came true for Sully. We need a video package showing how he was last in every game a how he finally won
Rosie is just fantastic. So funny.
It’s always a good day when a new Board Game Club comes out, and it means I have new suggestions for games to play with the lads! Keep up the amazing work NRB!
Boardgame club, a great game and a Tim Minchin reference. Most excellent thanks!
If Sully was a ninja he would be just like the late Chris Farley in that clumsy ninja movie
Wang!
I’m glad I wasn’t the only one who thought of Beverly Hills Ninja at the idea of ninja master Sullivan
28:18 This game is great. Blair is just like "well, this going badly, BAIL!!"
The description has had me breaking down in laughter
Well, acting really payed off for Sully on that last round.
I am so psyched for the Unfathomable play.
I’m 20minutes in… I needed this today
At this point i religiously watch NRB 😍
describe this religious-like routune
Sullivan is a deserving winner. Under the radar at the start
Ha. This week's rule has been my golden rule since I was a kid. Michelangelo - the wisest turtle.
Always a good day when Sully wins as always 🔥😂
Wang!
Bish Bash Bosh. Impressive ninja moves.
Lmao Rosie Is hilarious
TMNT!!! what a great movie quote!
That's wicked top Rosie 🥁🥁🥁
Sully Wang the Ninja 🤣🤣👏👏
I love social deduction games and they are extra fantastic with this group. Great game!
Love Laurie's reference to Tim Minchin.

Oh Unfathomable, sounds like a new skin on BSG, excellent. will be fun to watch

Sully is just the best. WANG!
My favorite this episode was Sullivan. His joy made me joy. Hard.
Sullivan is always my favorite. The guy is entertainment incarnate.

The Comeback of the Century!!!

Love the Tim Minchin reference
Draughts! Because like, beer, but also checkers!

I'm not good at games like this. Almost an hour of complete confusion for me! 😆😄🤯
Surprised not to have seen anyone acknowledge Laurie making a Tim Minchin ginger/ninja reference five minutes in
Fantastic work

Of course Blair is playing the weeb boardgame. Just kidding! This should be a banger.
0:42 I understood that reference!
Sully for the win...... from zero-to-hero; congratulations (bows in reverence to the (SullyBear).
Oh great thanks. Now I want that game too.
5:00 lovely Tim Minchin reference!
Laurie, the most famous monster truck is BigFoot, not only the very first MT, but appeared in many movies and even had its own animated series.
I did not expect a 22 Short Films About Springfield reference at 42:00 😂
Adam’s blunder was the best
Sullivan's amazing.
that callback to the cheese was top notch.
Cheers for showcasing this game. This will be on my christmas list now
Laurie made a reference to Tim Michin!!! We should be best friends!!!
Sully is the best Ninja because everyone thinks he's a duke aboard but really he's being pulling the string from the begining
Oh wow. TMNT original movie reference. Deep cut!
Cool, just saw Carly talk about this one
Liquid Ocelot Blampied, self-hypnotizing for a massive plot twist! Probably using nanomachines!
Tom is the real ninja. Can You point where Tom appears? ..... No? EXACTLY!!!
He's behind you.
What an incredible game. I have to try it one day.
"Gingers shouldn't be ninjas" was arguably the best line
I would do literally anything for Rosie
Idea: Board Game Club where the winner becomes the #1 contender for the Jam That Jampionship
Omg best ending! LMAO BANG BANG! WANG WANG!
Sully… say “wang” again
Another great episode guys, just wondering if there is any chance you could turn the old Jam that Jam belt into a BGC title belt and lose that shocking trophy?
We need more waiving guy from the intro :D
I feel like I can taste the house cards because the red, white, and blue stripes are giving me bomb/rocket/firecracker popsicle vibes
I come back for Adam’s crane noise 😂😂
Got this game for Christmas. It is a blast! Highly recommend
8 minutes; 245 views. Nice going NRB 🙂👍🏽
We call our cat a ginger ninja, because he sneaks onto your lap and attacks you if you try to move him. And he’s ginger.
"Was that a ninja?"
"More like a none-ja. Terrible what classifies as a ninja these days."

I dunno about a Ninja, but Sully is an amazing Matt Berry impersonator!
