It doesnt, thats not how music works, you own the masters when you have the rights to the masters, its contractual, musicians book studios all the time and yet the masters are owned by the record label that was not involved in the recording process, apart from financing, its always contractual, phori cant say “in my house”, his house is not a contract, he just needs to be sued thats all
