- Lately we tested the Zontes 350D, it's time to take a closer look at the other 350 siblings, Zontes 350E which is functionality as a Touring Maxi Scooter compared to Urban Maxi Scooter for 350D. So we shall see what is the difference compared to 350D in term of functionality and find out the true capabilities of ZT350E.
Hi, I'm from China and the manufacturer of this motorcycle is also from China, this manufacturer is now launching an upgraded version of the 350e model, the 368e, the price is the same as the old 350e, I would recommend to buy the new model compared to the old 350e because it has more upgrades!
I see... But for now we only have this model. Perhaps later they would launch the new model.. hope so.

Hi, I have read your comment, and went to Zontes web, and actually all you say is true. Zontes 368E is much better upgrade. They have upped engine power, lowered weight by almost 15kg, added 1 litter of extra fuel (now 17L). I believe now, this is the king in 350 class. Thank you for info.

I actually got the 350E. It's an amazing scooter.
PROS:
1. Super Beautiful design
2. The horse power and the throttle response is unbelievable for a 350cc. It's easily comparable to 500cc scooters on the road
3. The seat is unbelievably comfortable and huge for both the driver and the passenger
4. The adjustable windscreen is super handy. Airflow passes right over your head minimizing drag and wind noise
5. The brakes are very powerful and he ABS and TCS very well adjusted to help in any conditions
6. The keyless operation is perfect
7. The "no battery" operation of the key is super useful
8. The battery charging port at the front storage is super useful
9. You can easily drive through traffic in the city, and at the same time take a 2 hours trip in the highways
10. The front lights are super powerful
11. The sound of the motor and the exhaustion is just perfect like music to the ears
12. The tire pressure monitoring system is very useful
13. The consumption is great and can easily take you up to at least >400km-450km with a full tank
14. The speed is amazing. You reach 100km/hr in 8 seconds easily
15. The storage spaces are endless
16. The heated grips come very handy throughout winter
17. The on-board front and rear camera system is perfect for recording your trips
CONS:
1. The only thing I would change is the suspension. It is a little bit hard. Not too much but it can be improved.
2. As for the factory tires, they work great in every day conditions. But I suppose an upgrade to City Grip 2 is always advisable for optimum performance (I'm about to do it the following 15 days 😁)
3. The mobile app that connects your phone to the 350E is average at best. It does what is supposed to do but you have to reconnect it each time you start the bike. Plus, the Navigation system is average at best, missing a lot of streets. I'm sure it will be improved in time
4. The application does not support an option to view the on-board cameras. This should be a given. Instead, they suggest using third party apps without even giving specific instructions on how to do it.
OVERALL:
At 5.400euros it's by far the best maxi scooter available on the market at the moment.
It kills scooters like Sym MaxSym TL508, Suzuki Burgman 400, Piaggio Beverly S400, Honda ADV350,.
The only true competition for the Zontes 350E is the Yamaha TMAX Tech Max

The TMAX is a good competitor, but you forget the Kymco AK 550, which has most of the features listed here and it would certainly give it a run for its money

Thank you from Viet Nam . The price in Viet Nam is very afordable , about 4300 Us dollar . Because the bike from China so a lot of people dont want to buy it , we better like bikes use in Europe , specialy in Italia , the honda SH350i many people in Viet Nam buy it . You think that this scooter can be used inside a big city with heavy traffic?
Its not big in size and still agile to move around heavy traffic plus u dont need high speed to commute in town. Of course not as nimble as small scooter but light steering with quick response engine and good braking power make you feel more confident.

350E lebih banyak features, tangki lg besar, storage lg banyak, lebih sedap utk travel. Yg lain tu hampir sama je.

Tuan boleh tengok dan rasa dulu duduk atas dia. Dari segi kuasa pikap, top speed lebih dari Xmax. Power mode Zontes mmg berfungsi ikut corak dan mood tunggangan. Semua features zontes juga mudah guna. Meter pun lebih user friendly. Cuma kalau x pernah guna brand China, kena buang dulu persepsi negatif psl brand China. Boleh juga join group fb zontes ni dan nilaikan dgn post-post dlm tu... Jrg sy tengok org post tentang masalah walaupun x semua moto ni sempurna.

Bro im thinking about buying this bike in my country... since it's a brand from China. Can we trust this brand or Is it reliable ?
First thing to consider is the availability of the spare parts.. the common wear and tear parts.. if you can confirm the available either its by shop or online shop then you can purchase this bike. In Malaysia there is a few minor problem but not affrecting the engine..
@@motosikalisme we're actually neighbor, i live in Thailand. One more question. Does the material of Zontes 350 E/D(Frame, Led light and its tecnoltogy) as good as compare to Japanese brands?
In term of lighting, illumination visibility is more with the Zontes and the rear light superb, any other road user can see it as its bigger and viewable in not only from the back but from the side too. Cant describe about the material /the LED longevity's but its brighter than the others.

@@arifcheauseng1110 the riding mode does make a diiferent as it limit the engine revs even using fulll throtle on eco mode as we can feel the engine respons more linear than the sport mode.

You might have to change the rear suspension to aftermarket shocks as the standard is quite bouncy during high speed.
