- Great Rap Battle here really enjoyed this one. I am sure i missed some references or even got some wrong but would love to hear what you all think and what rap battle we should go to next..
#BobaFett #DeadPool #ERB
Hey everyone, Thanks for watching. I hope you enjoyed the video. If you have any suggestions for videos in the future let me know. I have a blast doing these. I think next weeks will be vader vs Adolf.
About the Kiwi line: Kiwi is slang for people from New Zealand. The guy who played Jango Fett is from New Zealand. Any Boba Fett origin/backstory in the comics and books was basically erased once Attack of the Clones came out.
The 3 different voices line is referencing him in the comics. You’ve got Wades voice, his inner thoughts, and the narrator and they often argue with each other breaking the fourth wall.
Yeah I thought that might be what he was referencing but having not done alot of erb stuff wasn't sure they went that deep. Starting to see they definitely do.
@@Reaplays9
A good example that isn't apart of the comics is the Deadpool Video Game.
You are really good at these reactions. Seriously, like top 5 on RUclips and it's only your second ERB. Keep doing these please. It's fun and it will help your channel grow. A lot of ERB fans out there
thank you so much i really enjoy doing it and alot of fun too. like all the hidden stuff in them that make you think
“Is that you John Wayne? Is this me?”
stark nice full metal jacket reference
You're no good to me Deadpool is often missed;
Boba referring to Han; "he's no good to me dead"
Vader; "He will not be permanently damaged"
Also the last line; in Empire when looking for the millennium falcon.
Vader; "no disintegrations"
Boba; "As you wish"
very good points like it
The schizophrenic part is actually a reference to Deadpool's healing factor harming his mentality. The "one for each head part" is a reference to his three defining personalities.
Love the pauses boss keep them coming. ERB lines have so many layers with so much meaning, pausing is needed!! Great breakdown,
hey thanks not everyone likes them but to get it right i think you have to right
Reacting to ERBs when they come out is a pretty guaranteed way to get a decent amount of views
i never realized how popular these guys are its like literally insane.
The 2 different voices line was in reference to the special editions. Jason Wingreen was the original voice for Boba Fett in the movies. After the prequels came out Lucas had the lines re-dubbed by Tamuera Morrison (Jango Fett's actor in the prequels.)
oh yeah that is true as well that makes more sense. i was reading to much into it lol
@@Reaplays9 Yeah....it's easy to miss. If you go through every iteration of Boba Fett (movies, Christmas special, video games etc, then Boba has quite a few voices.) But, for the purpose of the battle I believe they were just focusing on the 2 movie voices. 😁
@@NolanVoid its also reffrence how in vader vs hitler 3 boba has 1 voice, and here he have other
Also. In one of the hitler vs Vader videos, he has a line and it's a different person there, too.
That is actually a Jetpack on his back so he can pursue aerial targets, or assault ground forces from high above.
Yeah everyone loves a good erb reaction tbh
well hopefully mine was good LOL :-)
The missle on his back is a homing, anti-vehicle weapon. Supposedly standard for all Mandalorians but not 100% on that
The schizophrenics pay triple one for each head line is also a reference to the Ryan reynolds movie, the voices, where he plays a schizophrenic mailman who cuts off the heads of 3 people and stores them in his freezer.
You misheard the line about abandonment. The line was "the coolest things about you got straight up abandoned", _not_ that Fett himself had been. What was lost was the mystique, the fervor that made Fett's action figure such a hot collectible (one of the items that spawned the whole collectability craze, in fact), and the fact that instead of being special and unique (his original canon), he was now the template for thousands upon thousands of clone troopers. I guess his marksmanship didn't transfer to his clone-siblings as an innate part of his genes (the cannon/canon pun). The Kiwi bit was explained elsewhere.
If you think about war the missile is very useful.
I'm wearing that very Deadpool shirt at the time of this comment.. 💀
You could do ERB vidoes for months and people will watch them all. :) But for a really cool version of Domino, check out Joker & Harleyquinn vs Deadpool & Domino by batinthesun.
I will check that one out thanks for the heads up
In the comics Deadpool actually has voices in his head. So the schizophrenic line is a reference to that. He has his own voice and then there is one that is a bit more serious, and another that is more ridiculous. They actually made very good use of that in the Deadpool video game. Also Deadpool is written the way he is because he is the only character who actually realizes that he's fictional. He knows he's a comic book/movie/video game character. Which is why he breaks the fourth wall so much.
I'm pretty sure the Domino's and Canadian bacon comments had an additional reference to calling Domino's Pizza (I suspect bacon is an actual pizza topping somewhere), not just Deadpool's girlfriend and manhood reference. Also, I didn't think ERB was copyright-crazy, as long as you put the link to the original video in the description and encourage people to support them.
I'm completely new to this so trying to get it right. Also I agree there was like a triple meaning to that Canadian bacon line haha
Also domino's powers are based on luck and she likes what i'm shaking as in dice that is fully based on luck to get a good roll. There are so many different meaning. Also the bacon line is mostly limp versus hard steel aka boner. And the other meaning behind the canadian bacon line are the obvious ones like him being canadian and mentioned as a follow up to the domino line.
@@Reaplays9 Epic Lloyd & Nice Peter have been known to show up in reactor's comment threads and give kudos when due. You're definitely in the running.
@@xheralt that would be absolutely insane
Actually understood all the references Poggers
Boba isn't even dead and in the books canon he beat VADER and VADER even admitted he lost
hey I love ur erb reactions. I just help explain the schizophrenic line. in the comics Deadpool always talks to himself originally in 2 color boxes 1 white 1 yellow until one day a red box shows up and basically tells him to kill everyone in the marvel universe which he actually successfully does but yeah 3 color boxes 1 for each personality
oh damn nice catch thanks so thats the 3 heads then?
@@Reaplays9 yup 3 personalities or as boba puts it 3 heads. You're doing good catching a lot that many others missed keep it up man
I like the Idea of rap battle Wednesday. Kinda rolls off the tongue
thank you very much. Just anice mid week thinkg for everyone to look forward to. should i start from the beginning of these and just go from #1 all the way through?
also LOVE the user name haha Kushington is great
@@Reaplays9 I appreciate the complement. Also I think you would have fun reacting to most of ERB they have guest appearances from other artists like George watsky and Weird Al yankovic. Not to mention they are very keen on historical accuracy so we get to laugh and learn at the same time.
@@Reaplays9 Doing it from the beginning is nice in the sense that you get to see them evolve so much but since you have seen some before that might not be new to you. You choosing the ones that speak to you more works fine as well. I recommend "Elon Musk v Zuckerberg", "Wonder Woman v Stevie Wonder" and "George R.R Martin vs Tolkien". In case you want to go chronological the first season is actually on Nice Peters own channel if you didn't already know.
Also as a sidenote; your other vids kinda made me want to get into WWE again haha.
@@albinfarm6355 hey look at that a bonus. Wwe has some good stuff going on right now as well as some stupid. But Wednesday night with nxt and aew is insanely good.
You look like the guy from Unbox Therapy :D
Lol is that good or bad
@@Reaplays9 I don't know, you just remind me of him.
@@berkkarsi lol I'll take it
I don't think Deadpool is considered a Deathstroke rip-off, I'm pretty sure he literally is.
you are right.
Your thumbnail says Deadpool vs Joker! 👀👀👀👀
Haha Haha holy shit I just realized this thanks for the heads up. Fixing it tonight.
@@Reaplays9 your welcome ❤️👍
I am the 169th like on this video.
Awesome thanks for watching.
This seems more like a review than a reaction. pausing every 5 seconds and not letting the song and rhythm play out. why not watch and react in realtime then go through it bit by bit and review after???????
I willt ake that under advisement thanks for watching. i know i talk alot but for the majority of my community this is what they actually have come to see.
This has no right being 14 min long
Omg it’s a reaction video is it really that hard to understand we pause react and rewind to do the line again sheesh stop whining.
@@Reaplays9 seems that way for the this individual
You pause too much
Thanks for watching
