IMO Papali'i was a great player at Parra because he wasn’t there to be ‘the man’ they dont need to rely on him when they have Gutho, Moses and Brown for that. Papalii was able to just play footy.. Tigers brought him to be a leader at the club and he’s not one. Same with Bateman, Klemmer and even Api.. Their recruitment is backwards, has been for a decade
