Why didn't Ford go to the hospital and have his name put on the birth certificate and then to the courthouse to have the baby named changed. Then it wouldn't matter what Brody, Jess/Tess or even Clint could do to stop him from his child.
Yes he does the Robert Ford character which is by the way one of the worst characters in the history of the show basically raped Jessica as a matter of fact he did raper by all means I all means and he gave a rat's a** about that kid and then to try to turn him into a good guy all the sudden he marries a fake personality of somebody no law would allow that it would be undone immediately you can't marry somebody that doesn't even actually exist like Tess
