Why you didnt lose because your deck had no card? Or is this because it was cyber jar effect?

Hitting zero cards isn't problem; it's only a problem when you try to draw more cards while you have none left in the deck to draw. For example if I was to play Pot of Greed to draw 2 more cards, I would lose then as I'd have nothing I could draw after playing that last Cyber Jar.
