1 - Tokenized assets can be seamlessly exchanged, tracked, verified and audited. It's trustless. For example, let's say you buy a stock through your bank or broker, how many steps does it take behind the scenes before you're officially registered as the owner of said asset? How many days does it take and how much money does it cost? All these steps disappear. The risk of human error, data corruption, etc, all is eliminated when you tokenize assets. 2 - Privacy is no longer an issue with zk tech like nightfall. Users can verify themselves as owners or reveal their trade activities on demand, without revealing this information to anyone else.

Ethereum is old and clunky and slow. That is why there are layer 2 chains more than a person's had hot dinners, plus the fees are daylight robbery. Solana is hugely faster, nimble and transactions are cheap as dirt. Why (some) instituitions remain so utterly ignorant is incredible to me. Heads in sand.

Solana isn't crashing, it's currently, last couple of weeks congested, largely due to the popular ORE mining app and sheer popularity of Solana growing massively. An update to address this is coming within the next week or so.
BTW Ethereum with its puny TPS wouldn't even function at all with ORE, it would crash and burn and drop dead. The fact Solana is even functioning is amazing.. Ethereum TPS 15-30 vs Solana 65,000+ (soon to increase)
