David Wilson & Barratt is the same company. David Wilson Homes is a part of Barratt Developments PLC (maybe they merged many years ago). Overall, David Wilson sometimes is more prestige a little bit.
It may need planning consent from the council. Do check the deed of the homes to see if the developer has any control too. There is usually a clause that says you can't change the front appearance within a few years of purchase.

It's a very new primary school I think, probably hard to say. I believe crime should be fairly low in that area.

因為始終英國有好多好多嘅發展商,有好多喺我哋附近都冇得睇到show homes, 所以未必能夠作出好好嘅比較。
我哋已經盡量喺附近搵到唔同嘅發展商都去睇一睇,不過又費事將發展商個名擺出嚟,如果唔係,有可能被以為係廣告。

It's very hard to say, a typical house is between £150-£180 I think. For the developer to build.
