Jessica - Yes, Mahama started the drawings, designs and apply for the funds. Nana Addo only commissioned it in 2018. Have you forgotten that NDC and John Mahama started free SHS in 1957 and secured the funds for Adomi Bridge.

Time to modernize the fishing equipment & boats. They need to build aquatic nurseries too & designate only few points on the Coast as fishing ports & not make every coastal town a fishing port. It doesn't bring efficiency into the industry. Can we get Chinese help to build the Keta Port?

@@josephmensah6322 Ask yourself how the economy was from 2017 to 2022. And ask yourself what has happened from 2022 till date comparing it globally.
And also remember, the government new that the economy would go bad after covid but they know how to fix it than bringing back dead people alive.
The government prioritized it citizens over the economy and know that building is always difficult than destroying. They are fixing the economy but it will take time.
For now, you will see the impact from next year than this year. It just like planting which takes time to be harvested. We just need to be patient.
